Heybeliada is the second attractive island after the Büyükada.It might be said that occupancy rate is more than the others.Per square meter prices are changing between TL3,500 and TL6,500.renting prices in houses are cahanging between TL100 - TL200 per/sqm/month.

 

 

Burgazada is advantageous in terms of scene according to Heybeliada.The current per square meter prices are changing between TL4,000 and TL10,000.Some home owners prefer to rent seasonal particularly in summer times.Seasonal renting prices range from TL150 per/sqm to TL300 per/sqm.

 

 

Kınalıada is being preferred in terms of house using due to be easily accessible and having beach by investors.House prices are changing between TL3,000 per/sqm and TL7,500 per/sqm.
